This advance notice ensures that every operative assigned to your detail undergoes rigorous asset-specific briefing, background clearance verification, and site-specific operational planning.

• High-Traffic Weekend & Exhibition Events: High-volume weekend assignments, including Trading Card Game (TCG) Conventions, Sports Card and Collectibles Shows, Automotive Exhibits, Open-Air Night Markets, and Live Bands / Concerts scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday deployments — require a minimum of forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours advance booking confirmation.

• Short-Notice Weekend Deployments: Any request for specialized weekend event coverage submitted with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice; may be subject to an Expedited Mobilization Premium,  (Pending Operational Availability) - This additional rate handles the immediate restructuring of personnel schedules and rapid deployment, and is determined strictly on a case-by-case basis depending on the operational scale required.

• Short-Term & 24/7 Security Coverage: For temporary, short-term details or specialized assignments requiring immediate 24-hour physical security coverage, contracts must be finalized and booked a minimum of fourteen (14) to twenty-eight (28) days prior to the deployment launch date.  

• Long-Term Asset & Facility Contracts: For permanent property placements, recurring retail loss prevention programs, or long-term corporate facility security, our standard operational onboarding cycle requires thirty (30) to sixty (60) days advance booking. This window facilitates comprehensive physical site assessments, custom Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) drafting, and dedicated team structuring.

• Short-Notice & Emergency Deployments: We understand that critical security vulnerabilities require urgent attention. Pending Operational Availability, mobilization requests outside our standard booking windows are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to immediate premium emergency-response rate adjustments.
